SHIPPING POLICY

At SOVERRA, we work hard to get your pieces to you quickly and carefully.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: $7.00 flat rate on all US orders
- FREE Standard Shipping on US orders $75 and over

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
SOVERRA is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. We're happy to help you file a claim.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
