RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every SOVERRA piece. If something isn't quite right,
we're happy to help.

ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT only (no cash refunds)

FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS
- All jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings)
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimates and swimwear

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at jelicvera@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
3. We'll send you return instructions

SHIPPING
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

PROCESSING
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection
- Approved returns are issued as store credit via email
- Damaged or worn items will be returned to you at your expense

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us
within 48 hours of delivery for a full resolution.
